This has taken over both of my search engines and it does not work, it is slow and I cannot get rid of it. I did not ask for it. I paid Dell $149.00 to clean my computer on August 2nd and it came back immeditely. I want them blocked from my computer or I will have to get a new one which is where the $500.00 comes from. Obviously if Dell can't block them, I can't.
