We received twoo pairs of shoes. One of the pair were wrong colour and they were damaged.We sent a photo to your company in Europe and they did not handle this seriously. We received a coupon but the value was not the same amount as my shoes. I received a coupon of 10 euro's this is unbelievable. I demand a coupon of 49,95 euro's this is all over the world the same this is a right of every customer. If I go to a store and the saleswoman brings me the wrong colour and they are damaged I have the possibilty to say I don't want them and that is my right.
I wait for your recall to sent me a proper propistion of my complain.
