I ordered 1` bottle of their promo product amounting to Php1,245.oo last July 29,2014. I received their confirmation the following day, but when I received my credit card billing they charged me the amount of Php7,050.00. I immediately contacted the bank regarding this problem and they advise me to contact first the Biotrim Labs. but unfortunately couldn't get their number and also as of this date I haven't received the product. Hope I can refund the said amount. Thanks.
