I ordered a free trial on August 4th for only $1.03 for shipping. A few days later I was charged an additional $3.87 for shipping. On August 11th I was charged $94.31. According to the terms and conditions I have 14 days to cancel before this amount is charged. When I called and repeated the terms and conditions the man got nervous and kept saying I had 8 days to cancel for the free trial. I asked him where it says that and he hung up on me. I call back. This time a rude lady answers. She also said 8 days so I tell her It has not even been 8 days and she just repeated that's what she has on her computer. She said they do not do refunds and that I agreed to these terms. I tell her no I did not agree to that and ask her the same thing I asked the nervous man, where does it say this about 8 days? She just kept saying it's on the bottom on the page. I was reading their page while I was on the phone so I continue to tell her the 8 days term is not on there. By this point she is raising her voice at me and continues to do so the rest of the phone call. I ask for a manager. She says the highest person I can talk to is a supervisor and that's her. I asked her if they've had lawsuits against them for this but she ignores that question. I do not give up so she offers to give me a 35% refund. I say no I want a 100% refund! She says either get no refund or 35%. So I tell her to give me the 35% but I will not stop until I get the rest of my refund. I am reporting this company to ever single complaint and lawyer website I can find! If it comes to it I will file a lawsuit against them. This is not right!
