I e-mailed a seller on Craigslist about a Honda for sell. They responded back as someone named Megan Rae Hammons selling. I did not send any money but I did tell her that I wanted to purchase the car through ebay's protection plan; she said ebay will be contacting me. Luckily I googled her name to find out she's scamming. Below are the messages I received from her.

Hi again ,

My car is located at eBay's warehouse in Springfield,Missouri. It's already sealed and waiting to be delivered anywhere since someone agree to buy it but at the end he never got the money. I already paid the shipping for him as he was out of state (for this reason the shipping is included) Also the price is small $1,840 because i need money fast for my research and really don't have time to negotiate(I'm researching the Ocean with my husband). All the documents including the title and the bill of sale will come along with the car and it will take no more than 2-3 days to arrive at your address.

The transaction will be made through eBay Motors because they can protect both of us and they also offer 5 days inspection period. You'll have 5 days to test the car before decided to keep it or not. If the car is not like I described you'll ship it back on my expense and they will give you a full refund. eBay will hold the funds until you receive the car. Only after you confirm them that you wanna keep it they will release me the funds. In this way you will be able to inspect the vehicle before committing to buy it.
