I paid this law firm after receiving notice of foreclosure from Bank of America back in Nov 2012.Before this we were trying to get a home loan modification since 2008 working directly with Bank of America and were just getting the runaround with BOA requesting same docs over and over again. Drew Ali / the Foreclosure law Center promised me that the modification would take 4-6 months and i specifically asked worst case it would take in time and was told 9 months. I have been going in circles for 2 years and each and every time i call every two weeks or so, because they never do i get the same answer that the bank servicer now Greentree has the info , no new docs needed and it's in review. Only thing that's happened for the last year since greentree took over as the servicer is now our credit is destroyed because of reported late payments and i have been forced to pull $ out of my 401k to catch up on payments. I want to be included in any class action law suit that may happen to get my hard earned $ back. this place is a big ripoff and i wish now i had done more research and weren't so desperate then.
