He just called me 8 times and then once from a different number. I told him to leave me be and he started cursing at me. This is how I knew it was a fake. When I recited the FCC regulations to him about adding me to his DNC list he stated " He could not do that". Said it was a loan warrant, I asked for the SAC (Special Agent in Charge) or the Lead detective handling the case and he stumbled and fumbled as to why he could not do that. i also went as far to call back and ask for a supervisor and when he asked me who I was i refused to give him my name insisting on his supervisor. That is when RED FLAG number 3 happened. He used my full name and I did not give it to him. He is very aggressive and I am reporting him to the FBI Cyber crimes division, because this had to have started with something I looked at or signed up for online. I also recorded the last call... It is not different people, it is the same person using different variations of an accent. The call center background is a synthesized background pattern.
