I ordered the sleeves from Copper Fit and spoke to 2 different people in the company as to why I had to pay for shipping twice on the buy one get one offers. They both told me that they would send me the sleeves with just one shipping charge. However when I received them there was only 1 sleeve.When I called and talked to the supervisor she told me that she could send me my 7.99 back but that she could not send me another sleeve unless I was to send it back and start all over again which in the long run it would cost
me even more $$$$$. I think that your ad on TV is false advertising as while as your website. So in short I paid $20.00 for 1 sleeve that I found out you can buy at Walgreen for $9.99.I feel that I got ripped off by Copper Fit. I would think that your company would try to handle the people that sell your products a little more accountable for what they say and for what they really deliver on. I know that thepphone calls say they are recorded so maybe you should go back and listen to them. Thank you for the opportunity to complain and I hope that some action my be taken to better serve the customer.
