I went into this store because I wanted a hooka and there was a brand new employee helping me, and he convinced me that you would get the same relaxing feeling from a eGo and its not true !! I feel like the kid convinced me into buying something that I didn't want, So then I went back in on 6-30-14 and talked to the manager and for some reason he talked me into buying a different more expensive eGo saying that this would do it. When I said to him over and over that I wasn't looking to stop smoking lets get this clear that I was looking for the same thing as a hooka because this kid said that hookas were to complicated which I found out they aren't. I have complained complained and complained I never use this stupid thing and I want my money back. There are NO signs neither at store or on receipt that you cant return this. I am going to let everyone no on Facebook to not to trust these people all they want is a big sell otherwise the manager would of said the truth about these eGo being nothing like a hooka!! I have asked the manager to leave a message to the owner 2 weeks ago and they still haven't called me. I have NEVER used this thing and all I want is my money and for them to put up a sign saying no returns! Which is ONLY fair these people are ripping the people of janesville off and I don't like it..
