Some how this company was able to access my account twice, my account was blocked (frozen) after the first time so I can not access money and I have to go into the bank and go through signing paperwork and filling out forms just to get my own hard earned money out and then it happened the second time!!! Why are they still able to access my account???? Why I have to be mucked about just to draw my own money out of my account???????? I am changing banks again I can't trust ANZ no more!!! Maybe I should go back to the old days and put my money in my mattress it would be safer! You wonder why the older generation don't like or trust banks these days!!!
