Last year i purchased anti-virus protection from May 2013 to May 2014 for 19.99. I received my statement from my credit card and Avast is charging me 39.99 for another year which I did not order. My acct. was credited but then I received a letter telling me that they are reversing the charge. Avast has been deleted from my computer as I am using another virus protection. Please take care of this problem as soon as possible. Thank you,Renate Sharp
