I used their internet site to order a 2013 Washington Nationals Stars and Stripes fitted 7 3/8 camo hat. When I finally received my order, over 3 weeks later (i paid for faster shipping) the order was completely wrong. I received a black and grey Nationals hat with a snapback fit. I contacted the company about an exchange with the correct cap or a refund and I've been ignored since. Terrible customer support or service.
