A man with a strong accent phoned and advised me he was with the Dept of Legal Affairs w/ the US Treasury, and I was in a legal matter that would result in a big mess. I was to obtain a lawyer and phone him back at 213-603-9089. I searched the number, it is a landline out of Lynwood, Ca. and the phone carrier is mPower Services. I hope this helps, this is very unpleasant. Thank you.
