This company is COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT. On 4/29, I ordered flowers online to be delivered the same day for a bereaved friend. The flowers were never delivered. Every time I called, I was told they were "out for delivery". Reaching a customer service rep is extremely difficult--I was only able to reach on the final time I talked to them by pressing "1" to make a new order. When I talked to the rep today on 5/1 and found that again, the flowers were "out for delivery" I said I wanted a refund. The rep said, "if you want to cancel the order, you'll need to pay a 30% charge." I said, I wanted a refund and asked to speak to the manager or owner. I was put on hold and disconnected. They seem to have no problem lying to customers.
