I was introduced to derma juvenate when I supposedly responded to a brief survey from BMO on March 15, 2014. It offered a free gift of anti aging product for shipping fee only. The product 2 oz product arrived in a box with no information regarding a test period and a return policy. On April 2, 2014 My BMO Master Card was charged 89.31 US. Expecting more product, I did not call them right away. On April 24 I contacted them and they told me we had a 15 day trial period after which we would be charged the full amount. Nowhere was this indicated nor did we receive an email to this effect. My mistake was getting sucked in by the BMO Master Card survey scam. BEWARE OF THESE FALSE SURVEYS WITH FREE GIFTS.
