Around a month ago I had gone to a near by walmart to buy a greendot black visa card.I went home and fill out my info on there website a week later I try to use the card to purchase an item online and it did not work so I went down to local store still didnt work.i had contacted greendot only to be told my identity can not be verified and I will need to fax my social security to them along with my I.d. and my visa card.I waited for the 10 day investgation time 4/22 plus another two days to see if they contact me 4/24 I contacted them.when I talked to someone they said my account was blocked because it wasnt cleared and that they cant give out any information was told to go and email them at [email protected]. when I tried I have to sign in which needs user I.d and password but the password doesnt work I set it the same as my pin which I know I didnt forget.So I give up because I dont want to keep sending my social security to them and put myself at risk for someone to take my identity
