I made five attempts to find out where my order was. Their website read:

At this point it is 3/19/14. And I have emailed now three times and called twice since last week, which has given adequate time for the 6-9 business day delivery of the Coach Love three piece perfume gift set. I paid them immediately in good faith, that they would fulfill my order in a timely manner, or at least have some type of customer courtesy. When I call no one answers, or returns my call. When I email, no one returns them. I went to their Facebook page which takes me to Bigcommerce and the did respond immediately. They told me do to the lack of my satisfaction to request a refund. Great if anyone ever answered a request. So now I get to contact my credit card company and work it from that angle.
