I place the order online on April 12 for same day express flower delivery to my sister in law to Texas for her big birthday and flowers wasn't deliver, my credit card was charged $79.63.. I called to customer service 5 times, nobody picks up the phone, left messages, emailed them twice... no response... My money is gone... flowers wasn't deliver and no answer and explanation what happen...
