I ordered flowers online from the website Flower delivery express. I paid to have same day delivery to be delivered on saturday April 5th to my brother in the hospital. Flowers have still not been delivered. Company keeps sending me generic emails but will not contact me directly. I have called the customer service line about 8 times to leave my name and information. It is now April 23rd and still nothing!! Will not give me a refund and will not return my calls.
