An Award Notification notice stating the winnings was 1,140,000.00 was awarded if only i send $11.89 and $3 additional if I wanted to rush the winnings. Obviously I did not send, but I wonder how many other people bought this and 11.89 x 11,000 people adds up nicely. The letters look official, but Google hasn't failed me yet and if Google can't find you, you must be a scam, something needs to be done about this asap.
