I ordered flowers to be delivered on 4/19/14. Today is 4/22/14 and still no flowers. When I call the phone number I only get directed to a voicemail. When I sent an email I am told I will get a response. Nothing. When I called the number and entered the prompt to make a new order I was of course put directly in touch with someone. When I asked about checking an order I already place, I am told that she can not help me. That she can send me to the voicemail line to leave a message. I decided to check Google for any other complaints, there are tons. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am so disappointed.
