Mr. Markham was to do work on our home in Illinois. He requested a deposit of $20,000. then cashed the checks and never did any work. He was referred to us by his real estate agent who was also our real estate agent. He currently is trying to sell his run down home in Long Grove, Il. for $600,000. yet he can't pay any of his victims any money? I have cancer and my husband is disabled. He was contacted by the police to come to the police station and never showed up. He has done the same thing to other people. He is now working in Phoenix Arizona. I hope this serves as a warning to others never to give this man any money. He is a thief and a con artist!
