Nice to know I'm not the only one... Unfortunately, when I contacted my bank they let me know they were denying the claim due to "this isn't the first time I've heard this 'I don't know who the company is' claim" I was appalled. I have no idea why I was charged or how I was charged. I can't get through the company, either.
