FIND OUT WHY COMPETITORS HATE STILHAUS KITCHENS.Let us all look at some real facts here.If you had a shop selling Mars Bars only and you paid 30p each for those Mars Bars and sold them for 40p,then what would you think of the man next door if he was selling the very same Mars Bar to your customers for only 20p? Remember that you only sell Mars Bars and your whole income revolves around the sale of Mars Bars . Your life has been spent in the Mars Bar industry and you have invested all of your money into stocks of Mars Bars and all of a sudden comes along a man selling them for 33% less than you can buy them for ,let alone sell them.Your choices are simple.
1. You give up your lifes work and you lose all the money that you have invested.
2.You start a propaganda campaign to tell everyone that the guy next doors Mars Bars taste awful
and that they are not as good as yours.
Now this is exactly what the competitors of Stilhaus Kitchens have started to do with their ridiculous stories of how the quality of the Stilhaus Kitchen is rubbish.
Stilhaus then make a policy of allowing the customer to pay for the kitchen after it has been delivered and the customer is happy to do so. Surely this is like allowing the customer to unwrap the Mars Bar ,taste it and only if they like the taste do they actually have to pay.This kind of service is completely unheard of by any company in any industry. Imagine walking into your local Tesco and asking if you can pay for the Mars after you have tasted it, or going to B&Q and asking the cashier to arrange for someone to come and design you a kitchen and then deliver it to your home and if you like it then you will pay for it.
Put yourself in the shoes of the Mars Bar seller.Surely now he must change his story. So now he comes up with the story that ok perhaps he will let you taste the Mars before you buy it but once you have paid for it and you later decide that you don;t like it or you find out that the bottom bit of the Mars is missing then it's to late because this new Mars Bar seller will be off and you will get no after care service.Well we have witnessed by the complaint of Leonard Button that this is just not the case . Leonard Button lives some 150 miles or so from Stilhaus Kitchens but within an hour of his complaint being brought to the attention of Amy Marshall she has began the process of sending a remedial team out to Leonards home to sort out his issues along with a fitting team. No questions asked but a team on its way with the sole purpose of sorting out any issues.
What else can the old Mars Bar man do? What next? Surely he now must just tell everyone that the new Mars Bar man is a gangster. But does this make any difference to the taste of his Mars Bars or the price of them or even the service that he offers. IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE.
If Stilhaus Kitchens were not the best quality kitchen on the market then they would not let you taste them first.
Surely every kitchen company should take a leaf out of the Stilhaus book. Quality kitchens that are affordable to everyone,service that is second to none,no need for a deposit, only pay when you are happy.
We all know that other kitchen companies are never going to offer what Stilhaus offer so it looks like there is going to be no end of propaganda wars waged at Stilhaus. But how can these competitors fight back against Stilhaus? Perhaps the next ridiculous stories that we hear will be that the oven supplied by Stilhaus gives off poisonous fumes and kills the kids. I'm sure that such a silly story is not to far away.
It's your money so check what you buy before you pay for it.
