I received another box after the trial. I asked them if if could return and get refund. First perso said they don't give refunds and I have to keep product. I rang again and told them this is against the law. Any distance selling, customers have the right to return the product and get full refund. They said, I have to wait for the other product they sent and I can get the RMA but we'll see. I don't try this company. They're definitely scamming people. Serum costs £89 alone and the cream is about £49-59... A total rip off... This company should be shut down!!! They're cheating the public!!!
