I signed up for the trial and paid the shipping and handling. I called after the first week to cancel, but to my surprise, today I had $200 in charges to my checking account. I called 4 different people...first said their phones didn't transfer calls, so I couldn't talk to a supervisor, the second said ALL of the supervisors were in a meeting. The third I had to hang up on because I couldn't understand a word he was saying. The fourth said that supervisors don't take phone calls. This one actually told me to be quiet, that computers are machines and machines make mistakes (in regards to not having any data on my cancellation call). When I said why should I have to lose $100 (they were "kind" enough to refund $100)because THEIR computers make mistakes, I was basically told to deal with it.
