I was looking at my credit card statement and discovered two charges for the amount of $19.65. One on 2/24/14 and another on 3/20/14 to SLNDGUIDE. I had no idea what this charge was for. I've never even heard of the company. I called the 1-888 number and got an automated system that could not find my account. I'm guessing because I don't actually have an account. I left a voice mail to have them call me and then I sent an email to [email protected]. I was told I would hear back in one business day. I have alerted my CC company and my next step is to file a complaint with the BBB. They have an F rating and 21 complaints in the last 12 months.
