These bastards! This morning I noticed a $99.99 charge onto my card. After further information, I called them. I know I paid $4.95 for the shipping and handling. I received it fast but I wasn't satisfied so I tried cancelling my order like 5 days after receiving it only for them to tell me "We cannot find your information." After giving them the address, phone number and name they STILL kept saying they couldn't find my information. I kept asking to speak to a supervisor but "Because your information is not in the system we did not charge you therefore you cannot speak to our supervisor." Type of bullsh*t is that? I'm livid! I cuss the bad, grammer as* Chinese woman, hung up, called back and cussed out everyone somemore. Thankfully, my bank is going to file a dispute but the rudeness, the unwillingness to help, it got to me. Oh Lord, i pray this company gets shut down.
