We're a Major Hotel organization in Mexico and echo the negative comments here. We bought 170,000 "leads" from their supposedly "credible" sources. Their VP Sales Ryan Kluck gave us all kinds of assurances about the qaulity of these lists and eventually we got the analytics which showed 450 "opens" from 170,000 email sends! Kluck will not respond to my emails and shoves me off to someone else.
