International boundaries
Our initial financial agreement was a one time fee of 218.95 USD (230.33CAD) charged April 24, 2013 and then 9.95 USD per month for two years of online PR at the Stanford Who's Who. But on May 29th my visa card was charged an extra 195 USD (208.09 CAD). I called on June 18th, 2013 and because of this unauthorized charge it was suggested by your representative that instead of returning the 195 USD, the monthly fee of 9.95 USD would be waived until the end of my 2 year subscription.
The lady who I had a conversation with at the time was Lynn.
On August 1st, 2013 and then again on August 30th, 2013 my visa was charged 9.95 USD (August 1st 10.54 CAD and August 30th 10.75 CAD). I called again on September the 18th, 2013 and got a promise to refund my money. I received my refund on September 23rd, 2013 19.91 CAD (Please note that the exact amount that was drawn was not what was refunded, as I believe whoever refunded my money was calculating by current conversion rates rather than what they actually took from my account).
But that was not the end of the story.
My visa was charged again on these dates :
October 2nd, 2013 10.54 CAD
October 31st, 2013 10.71 CAD
November 26th, 2013 10.79 CAD
December 27th, 2013 10.87 CAD
January 23rd, 2014 11.32 CAD
February 25th, 2014 11.37 CAD
Total 65.60 CAD 59.70 USD
