I am sincerely supprised how your company works. We ordered a puppie and we were told to pay 220 euro and the puppy will be delivered to us next day. So when was the time to get the puppie we were recieved another e-mail to pay another 400 euro what we heard first time. When we made the agreement there was not even one word that we have to pay more money later. So if you are offering some services it would be correct to tell to your customers exact amount what they have to pay! And not to add later more so called expenses or insurances just to get more money from people!!!! And after when we wanted to cancel and get our money back you just dont answer to our emails anymore.What a nice behaving! Thanks to Your company we lost 220 euro and a puppie!
