I like many off you contacted this company for a small payday loan. A close friend reffered me to this particular company and because I was in a financial bind I gave them a try. They only approved me for $305.00 and they withdrew their money from my account bi-weekly. The first payment $111.50 of which they notified me via email that their ACH payment system was down. The second payment of $98.50 and a third for $95.50 was deducted from my account. On Feb 21, 2014 I decided to give the company a call thinking I was almost close to paying them off. To my surprise I was informed that I owed them a total of $275 dollars even after these deductions. I was irate the customer service rep after badger her finally told me that I had only paid $30 into the $305 loan. I was furious, they didn't advise me that only $10 would be applied to my loan each time a payment was deducted. This company is a riff-off!! I would not advise anyone to utilize their services no matter the situation and most certainly do not dig a bigger hole for yourself by accumulating more debt with these people! They are skimming preying on people that are in financial binds and desperately need the money. They are taking advantage of people that are already down on their luck.If you can file a complaint also with the Better Business Bureau this has to STOP before more unsuspecting people just like you and I.
