I purchased this support because I was unable to find a driver that would let my USB 3.0 hub work with my Windows 7 (64 bit) computer.

The software failed to find a a driver that would do this, but that is not my real complaint.

My complaint is that the tech who assisted via remote control of my computer tried to sell me a $299.99 service to fix my PC, saying it was obviously not working and was running very slow. I know my computer is very fast, and have never felt it was slow to respond, in fact I am consistently impressed with how responsive it is (I even have a team of Deloitte consultants working for me right now, and they have commented that my machine is faster than all of theirs). The tech went through my system processes and saw that many were stopped and indicated this was a problem, and asked me if I stopped them. Many system processes do not need to run all the time, and would be wasting the computers resources if they were, but he used this as justification that something was wrong with my computer so that he could get me to order a $299.99 "fix" of my computer - THAT I CLEARLY DID NOT NEED. It was a scam upsell, and the software I paid $29.95 for did not resolve my problem - in fact, after installing it and running the scan and fix of my drivers, I began having printer problems for the first time. I am uninstalling this software and considering loading a back up to a point prior to installing the Driver Support software.
