This company is a rip off!
My father has a reach out wireless phone, I went on the reach out mobile website to add airtime to his account.
I selected the phone time and entered my debit card information.
An error message came up, so I tried it again and got the same error message. It was late and customer service was offline.
I assumed my debit card was not charged until the following day when I checked my account and saw charges from reach out, no airtime was ever added to his account. I tried calling and got no answer, no one ever assisted me on the chat service they offer online.
I sent an email, they got back to me a few weeks later saying I needed to send them proof that I was overcharged. I sent all the paperwork and have not received a reply.
I have sent several emails and no one had emailed me back, I try calling and only get an automated message.
I would rather just get my father a prepaid phone, this company is horrible and they take all your money.
