Reachout wireless did not credit my monthly minutes for December 2013 and January 2014. I could not check my minutes from my phone. I went on Live Chat and was told that I had 18 minutes left. I bought 2 hours of airtime through Moneygram Express on 1/29/14. Reachout did not credit that time-I still had no more service, so I went on Live Chat 1/30/14. The rep had all the info, reference #, details and assured me that I would be restored "sometime" today. Well, I still do NOT have service after 24 hours of paying cash for airtime. Very unhappy to have my money taken from me, promises given, the NOTHING!
