I ordered the wig in September, 2013, however the wig was much darker than my hair. I contacted them via email and asked what color was on the picture display for that particular wig. As yet, they have not given me an answer!!! In the meantime, my payment was made on a credit card. I mailed the wig back, still in the plastic cover, never tried it on. They are now saying they did not receive it. I sent the receipts from the U S Post Office and website where it was sent from Miami. They are extremely condescending and keep giving me a run around. It is now January, 2014....I have not wig and it has been paid for. Do not do business with this company.
