I received a call from a guy named DDonald Griffin stating I took out a internet payday loan from US Cash Advance and they were their legal department calling to resolve the issue if I pay them $629. I had not taken out a loan with this company so I was skeptical. I asked several times for information regarding the supposedly loan but the guy became very irate and told me that if I didn't pay that I would be arrested. Throughout the conversation this indian new all my persknal info such as date of birth, social security number, address. I called my loan company and inquired about this and was told that they had never heard of them and was probably a scam. When I confronted this Donald guy with that information, he bacame upset and stated I will go to jail. Needless to say, I did not make a payment.
