I responded to an ad on Facebook, it is the ad showing Ellen's Secret aging trick. It was advertised as 4.95. I ordered it, and when it came, I actually liked it, but there was no instruction, name of company on the box, or anyway to reach them. 3 weeks later, I have a charge for 93.00 when I called them, he told me I agreed to the charge, but I could not find ANY documentation. He said going forward I could receive it for 29.95. Stupidly I agreed, now the charges are 35.00. To add insult to injury, I asked him for information on how to use this as there was nothing in the box to show how to use it. I received an email from a generic email box telling me to use it under my eyes in the afternoon. I am now trying to cancel this, I just think it is a scam. You don't need a monthly subscription for a little eyes cream in the afternoon. I am so frustrated. I can't believe I fell for this.
