They told me i would be renting a line for 20.00 a month so i could receive cheaper calls from Salinas Valley state prison. They said that global tel link was the carrier but with there local phone number i would only pay GTL 1.50 a call rather then 4.50. They took 20.00 for the monthly fee, 14.95 to activate, 3.95 to send a post card to the inmate and the took a 25.00 payment for GTL. They told me my line was ready for use. The local number that the inmate needed to dial was 8312231057 but when he called it. The number was no good and that same number calls me back trying to collect more money. When i called customer service they continued to hang up on me and they block my number from th
