I ordered their product. When I recieved it, I called and told them I was not happy with it. They hurt my feet. I was informed they were working because they hurt my feet and II could not return them at that time. Now they will not let me return themfor a full refund. They advertise free shipping and charged me 39.70 for shipping. This company is a joke.
