I was looking for tuition and grants and this site appeared. It said that for $1.95, I could get someinformation on grants. There was nothing saying there were additional charges, or I would never have paid the $1.95. Today they took $39.95 and in going to the site they note in their paperwork, it says something about a 10-day trial (never mentioned before). Well, it hasn't been 10 days--it has been 8--even and they have taken the money and I want it back. In addition, once I did see the site after paying the $1.95, the site was totally unusable for me.
