I was charged $79.99 Nov. 5,2013 then on Dec. 7,2012 another $74.99 & $79.98. I phoned the customer service number the first time on 11/08/2013 and spoke to a man to have my membership cancelled plus get the $79.99 returned. I followed his instructions but no refund was issued & I was charged again as per above. I phoned customer service again Dec. 10,2013 (spoke to a woman)got $39.99 & $37.50 back on the Risk Free Trial orders. Said she was doing me a favor! Can never understand the customer service people due to the terrible phone reception.
