I was horrified when I saw a total cost of $97.85 for a "suite" of sw products I had purchased. I had been confused about the online process, and then suspicious when I saw that system backup sw was part of the package (My data?!} Then I remembered Adobe Reader is free. And I REALLY can't afford $100 right now. I went online and found this site. (Inappropriate Content Removed) I'm done for. Much to my relief, it didn't go down like the posts here warned.
So, I didn't download anything, which got attention. I responded to 2 emails saying I expected a refund (and n0, I don't want a discount, thank you), I called Customer Service. I spoke to a nice chap named Ryan who took good care of me from there. I was refunded the full amount in 3 days! Props, guys. Have a good holiday, like I can afford to now!
