I ordered the $3.00 trial cuttlery. I had read the terms & conditions and knew that I needed to cancell or other knifes would automatically be sent.
My order date was 11/10/13, I cancelled the subscription on 11/14/13. Today 12/10/13 my account has been charged $88.98. When I called the company to ask that the charges be reversed, I was told that it was already on the truck. I told them that I had cancelled 26 days ago and that I was not going to honor the charge to my account, since I cancelled
in a timely manner.
The company response was that I needed to cancell verbally, not via email. Since when in this country is the written communication no longer legal???
