I have contacted the Executive Vice President of Consumer Relations, the CEO Brian Roberts about Internet Speeds, Customer Service issues, billing issues and credits not issued for service interruptions, etc. I'm tired of this run-around. My bill has climbed to over $250 with each month adding up because the service isn't working, they have sent 3 techs and 3 different modems and no one will take ownership of the issue and get it resolved. I've been more than cooperative and polite. Please help! I paid $100 in deposits just to get service that never works as advertised!

Update: 12/10/2013

The attached images show how variable the speeds have been over just the last few days. Tests when I first got the service were unbelievably low, under 10Mbps Down and 1.3Mbps Up. That isn't even 1/5th of the advertised speed!

Update: 12/12/2013

I received several voicemails after I told them I couldn't speak, and then this email was sent today:

I replied, stating that I would have to call next week, or that we could communicate via email at 7:17pm CST Dec 12, 2013.
