I never received any product from this company. I did order for 4.99 the sample product which I never received. I have been charged for 3 products I never ordered and never received. They won't respond to inquiries except once saying they were having a hard time finding me in the system. After my initial complaint 11/30/13, I just saw that my credit card was again charged for $105.00 today 12/05/13.
I have spoken with my bank (where the credit card is from) and they cancelled any future out of the country transactions. I have also contacted the post office and UPS not to deliver anything from this company.
I am looking for help on how to get my money back. Does anyone have any advice?
