I thought I had purchased an upgrade to my Real Player because there was a computer web page which offered the upgrade for a discounted price of $29.99. I purchased it with my bank card and then when I saw the charge appear on my online bank statement with no phone number I called a banker who said there was no number so I would need to research my email to see if the charge was on an email certifying the purchase. I found no such email so I did a search for HELPREAL.COM and what came up was the following statement:

"We are not affiliated with the previous owners of HelpReal.com and we did not charge your credit card.

If you are seeing a charge from HelpReal.com on your credit card statement you should call your credit card company and dispute the charge. Tell them that you did not authorize the transaction."

I immediately called the banker again and reported this at which time they cancelled the card and issued a claim for an investigation and a possible prosecution.
