I ordered and paid for 2 accent pillows 10/24/13 my account was debited immediately
I received an email 10/26/from Olejo stating the items were out of stock
I requested a full refund that day. 11-1 I emailed them asking when I would receive my refund the said 10-14 business days I replied stating that was a long time to wait for a refund for something that wasn't available. No response. On 11-21 when my account wasn't credited I emailed asking for my refund. They said 10-14 business days. I told them that was unacceptable. I had already waited far longer than I should have. No response.
This company is a big scam they take your money and keep it
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
