Got the trial bottle at the end of July 2013. Did not receive it after a couple of weeks so I called to see where it was. Finally received the bottle. Product was terrible.. Didn't do anything for me so I called to cancel! They told me I had to send back the empty bottle with an RMA number on the front of the package to identify that I have returned the item. I did so at the beginning of August 2013 and continued on with my life. I then got a credit card statement saying they removed 96.89$ from my credit card without my permission. I finally found a number to get ahold of their customer service and they told me that apparently I was advised to call back within a month with a tracking number in order to finalize the cancelation (which I was not). I have argued with many of them with no luck. They are giving me a whole bunch of stories and lies about what they said and what I was told to do which is bs. I then had to take a bus into my parent's city to get the receipt that they told me I needed so get my full money back and now that I have it and called them they told me none of the receipt numbers I am giving them are valid!!!! I am so frustrated at this point and I need my money back!! I am a university student with little funds and they are taking advantage!! PLEASE HELP

- It's going to be hard to get your money back , call and cancel your credit card or call and ask them not to authorize charges by that company. Same thing happened to me ! :(

I just want to thank each and everyone of you that posted about this. I am so sorry that you were ripped off, but am grateful that you shared your story. I made the mistake of ordering the 'free' trial today, but after more research I stumbled on this site and your posts, I immediately called my bank and cancelled my credit card, before they try and take money from my account as well. You all just saved me a lot of trouble and money. I wish someone could have done the same for you.
I will definitely be checking this site from now on before making any other online purchases. -
