In Nov, 2012 I ordered a trial sample of makeup at a small charge. Later, I was having charges on my credit card for large payments. Called two different months regarding cancellation and was told by call center it was impossible to cancel. Rep said that I would be paying 3 more payments of $54.85 each and that would end my obligation. Those payments were deducted per my debit card. That card did an automatic renewal and could no longer be used as of June, 2013 which is long after any payments could be declared due for Derm Exclusive products. I am convinced Derm Exclusive had no plans to end my obligation after original payments because today I received a collection notice from BREAKTRHOUGH IN BEAUTY, representing Derm Exclusive. I am being threatened with collection procedures for a balance of $54.85. There is no balance due. I have copies on my bank statement of all monies deducted by this company. I paid all that money for items I could not cancel. All in all, the box of products I received are good, but the hassle of all this extra payments, inability to cancel, and now collection threats is just ridiculous. I warn everyone I can to avoid ordering using any online offer. It is a massive headache to get involved. I consider this collection notice a scam.
